Litsea glutinosa - invasion of the worst kind.
Setaria sphacelata on the corner of Brown's Drift and Peto Roads in Umgeni Park, Durban North in seed in January.  The patch is slowly being invaded by indigenous pioneers as well as invasive alien plants.  However the Sandalwood seems a stable tree not having seen any seedlings beyond this locality and is still a remnant of Indian occupation in the Riverside area.
